Concern Worldwide Haiti appeal
Thanks to all our customers for their generosity towards our Haiti appeal, supporting Concern Worldwide's work to help earthquake affected people.
Over €208,000 was raised through our branch network an amazing achievement.
The Haiti earthquake killed over 230,000 people and made over a million people homeless and in need of food, water and medical care.
Concern has been working in Haiti since 1994. Your generous donations helped them begin their emergency response the day after the earthquake.

Anne Lozier and her 11 month-old son Markenson, new arrivals at Concern’s stabilization tent for severely malnourished children at the HUEH - Port-au-Prince's main hospital. Mothers stay in the tent with their children round the clock and as they recover, the mothers receive counselling on feeding practices and care in preparation for the return home. There they will be monitored by Concern's nutrition staff at one of seven outpatient centres around Port-au-Prince. Centres that have been damaged have been replaced by ‘baby tents’ in camps nearby.
