July to December 2011 results

We’ve set out our objective to make banking easier, fairer and more local by promising to deliver on a series of Commitments.

Our customers told us that they wanted banking to be easy, fair and local. We have been striving to make improvements to the areas that are most important to our customers through a series of Customer Commitments.

We haven't achieved everything we set out to do but we are moving in the right direction with a promise to continue to look for ways that will improve our customers banking experience.
