In 2010, we set out our objective to become Ireland’s most helpful bank. We’re striving to achieve this by promising to deliver a series of Customer Commitments.
We launched these in response to customers telling us that what matters to them was that we make banking easier, treat customers fairly and be local. Our progress against our Customer Commitments can be seen below.
These results cover the first six months of this year. An independent company, Deloitte LLP, has assured all our results and we will report again on our Commitments in early 2012.
