We invest heavily in ongoing training and development at every level. Our Academy offers a wide range of technical and personal effectiveness programmes which are available to all to review via the Academy Portal. New branch employees and customer services officers follow a 12-week induction programme. There are opportunities for career progression by learning on the job and through structured technical training and coaching. All employees have access to A2L (Access to Learning) web-based training and other online resources.
We support our management with a range of leadership development programmes delivered locally and from the RBS Business School in Edinburgh.
