Small Business Can!
Small Business Can! is a knowledge resource and online networking portal.
Here, business owners and entrepreneurs can share insights and information, find ways to tackle growth problems and challenges, and network with other businesses.
We set up Small Business Can! when our research showed a clear need for one-stop source for help on the five pillars of running a business: finance, administration, HR, marketing and operations.
Today over 20,000 SMEs visit this resource each month to promote their businesses, get advice and feedback and lend their own insights to a vast audience of small business based users.
Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards
Since 1995, Ulster Bank has recognised the achievements of Irish entrepreneurs through the Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards. The high quality and quantity of the entries – over 400 in 2010 – is testament to the continued culture of Irish entrepreneurship.
The Awards are judged by a panel of experienced business practitioners. There are eight categories:
