Helpful Banking

Putting customers first means understanding and meeting their needs. Our customers have told us what matters to them, and we’re committed to delivering a series of Customer Commitments as Ireland’s most helpful bank. These Commitments are based on making banking easier, treating our customers fairly and supporting our local communities.

Progress against our Commitments is independently measured and assured by Deloitte LLP twice yearly. To date customers have welcomed our new Saturday opening hours in many of our branches, free text alerts to help them avoid unnecessary charges and improved queuing times in branches.

Further work is ongoing under the programme and customers are invited to have their say in how we improve our level of service.
