The issues that we address under our corporate sustainability programme are those that matter to our stakeholders and to our business. Sustainability, in its widest sense, is about ensuring we run our business responsibly, taking account of the impact of our operations on our key stakeholders. It is also about addressing the issues that we need to address to ensure we have a healthy, respected and sustainable business - one that treats its customers and employees fairly, fosters new enterprise, is actively committed to financial education, gives back to its communities and plays its part in protecting our environment.
